Who we are

Aufto, LLC ("Aufto," "we," "us") provides a platform that helps dealerships sell vehicle accessories. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide — your name, email address, dealership or company name, phone number (if given), and your message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.

This website does not collect information from vehicle owners or dealership customers. Customer and vehicle data is collected separately through the Aufto Commerce platform itself, under the terms agreed to by the dealership using it — see the next section for how the mobile app specifically handles this.

Aufto Commerce mobile app

The Aufto Commerce app is used by staff of dealerships that have licensed Aufto's platform. When a dealership employee uses the app:

• Sign-in: Handled entirely by your dealership's own Microsoft Entra identity system. Aufto never sees or stores your Microsoft password.
• Customer and vehicle information: Entered by dealership staff as part of their normal sales process, and belongs to the dealership, not to Aufto. It is used only to generate quotes, work orders, and related records for that dealership — we do not use it for anything outside of the reporting the dealership already relies on within our platform.
• Photos: Photos you choose to attach (vehicle photos, product/service images) are stored to support the quote or catalog record you're working on.
• Payment processing: Any deposit or purchase is handled directly by our payment processor; Aufto does not store your payment card details.
• Crash and performance diagnostics: Collected to help us fix bugs and keep the app reliable. This data is not used for advertising and is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.

SMS and mobile information

Dealerships using the Aufto platform may send text messages to their own customers regarding accessory quotes, appointments, and related updates. Mobile opt-in data and phone numbers collected for this purpose are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Terms of Service for details on the SMS program.

Cookies

This site uses minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic (for example, how many visitors reach our Contact page). We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
